Because ACs run most of the year here, we recommend a full service at least twice a year, and a filter clean every 2–4 weeks in summer. Homes near construction or in sandy areas may need servicing every 3–4 months.

Yes. But low gas means there is a leak somewhere, so we find and repair the leak first. Topping up without fixing the leak just wastes your money.

Yes. We repair inverter and non-inverter split, window, ducted and cassette units, including PCB, sensor and compressor faults.

Usually yes. Pumps, door seals, belts, brushes and door locks are inexpensive repairs. If the drum bearings or main board fail on a very old machine, we will tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.

Yes. We repair both the washing and drying functions, including heaters, condensers, fans and sensors.

Codes differ by brand. For example, many Samsung machines show 5E or 5C for drain problems and LG machines show OE. Send us the code and model on WhatsApp and we can usually tell you the likely fault before we arrive.

On Bosch, Siemens and Neff machines E15 means water has collected in the base tray and the anti-flood switch has activated. Switch off the water and power and call us; we find the leak and dry the tray safely.

Usually hard water. Top up dishwasher salt and rinse aid, set the water hardness correctly, and run a descaling cycle. If it continues, the softener unit may need repair.

Yes. We install and connect built-in and freestanding dishwashers, including water inlet, drain and door panel fitting.

The most common causes are a blown thermal fuse (often from blocked lint), a failed heating element or a faulty thermostat. We test each part and replace only what has failed.

It can be. Stop using it and unplug it. Lint near the heater or a failing motor can overheat; a technician should inspect it before you use it again.

Yes. We repair heat-pump dryers, including fans, sensors, pumps and condenser cleaning.

In frost-free fridges, cold air from the freezer is blown into the fridge. If the defrost system fails, ice blocks this air path. Repairing the defrost heater, sensor or timer usually fixes it.

Yes. We first find and seal the leak, then vacuum the system and recharge it with the correct refrigerant (such as R600a or R134a) by weight.

Usually a burnt-out heating element or a faulty thermostat. On some ovens the clock must be set or the child lock released before they heat. We test each part to find the fault.

Yes. Our technicians repair gas ovens and grills, including igniters, thermocouples and valves, and leak-test every gas connection afterwards.

Yes, we replace inner and outer door glass, hinges and seals for most brands.

When the flame goes out as soon as you release the knob, the thermocouple or flame-failure device is usually faulty or dirty. It is a safety part, so it should be repaired, never bypassed.

Yes. We repair induction and ceramic hobs, including power boards, coils, fans and touch controls.

Close the gas valve, open windows and doors, do not switch lights on or off, and leave the area. Call your gas supplier or Civil Defence (997) for a serious leak, then call us to repair the cause.

In the UAE, every 1–3 months for most home machines, or whenever the descale light comes on. Offices with heavy use may need monthly descaling.
